GOLD WITH HONOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE DID IT :D :D :D :D :D
our hard work did pay off :D
reached school at 6.45 in the morning. then had a very shrot and brief run through. and shockingly, i think we played the best dvorak during that run through in the morning. the first run of dvorak had sounded so good with everything in palce. dynamics, expressions and even intonation (: it was really one of the best we have played of dvorak. then mr sze left and we left for SCH too.
reached there, hmm seeing other schools. and that just so reminded me of vln 1's version of interpretation of walton ;D mm tense tense tense. then our turn to tune. guess what, we are being timed for tuning. 10 mins -.- at first i was like ??. timed for tuning..
but anw, after tuning, we expected another waiting area..and who knows walk up the stairs go in the hall..expecting a backstage area..and boom, we see the stage. so up we go on the stage. and play. honestly it wasnt the best we ever did. we could have done lots better, like the first run through in the morning. but whatever it was, we did our utmost best on stage (: and should be proud of it (:
after we went off stage..some of us were pretty down. cause we knew it wasnt the best. that our honours may be lost. we really were feeling down. waiting for results was the worst ever. i hateee waiting for the results -.- i was sitting btwn marissa and pinyan. oh man when it was our results we held and squeezed our hands so tightly i thought it would break -.- i was so afraid of the results. totally. when we heard honours, we just screamed (: and cldnt believe it (: ahh even as we walked out me and pinyan were like cldnt believe it ;D and yeah the hands felt like breaking :D
congrats to RISE as well (: GWH (: and VJC! mr sze must be really really really happy (: ALL three schools. three honours. woohoo ;D without him, we really wouldnt have gotten our honours. totally. thankyou mr sze ((:
then we went back and ahhem. briefing was EXTENDED :D so we didnt need to go back to lessons. HEHE. after all..ai ya HALF AN HOUR of CME! then we went KAP! :D sat in sections and violin 1s had a fun lunch together (: violin ones! i really wna thank you guys. all the times u erm endured sectionals :D haha ur lunch time sectionals, stimes forgoing ur lunch. u guys being so spirited, making my job easier ;D i love u violin ones! thankyou so much! (: we went a bit crazy and took section photos at KAP ;D but not everyone was there ): but anw, violin 2s were playing truth and dare, wondering around to the violas and vln1s and cellos to carry out their dares -.- we tried it too but got sick of it cause we had no interesting dares or truths. yep so its basically celebrating at KAP (:
and then came home. saw that the dry kitchen was almost done ;D but i still wonder how we are gna shift in on 28 april -.- haha oh well. ahhh make IC tmr early in the morning -.-
